Not received after +14days

made a PO and was shipped in almost no time.
However, it has been on hold since shipment first information (now 14days and counting)
The delay vs original delivery date is now 5 days, new delivery date was provided last week as was due 2 days ago.
I don't know where my items are or when I am going to receive them. Paid +$100 only for fast shipping.
They only good thing is Peter, from customer service. He is a really nice person, always open to help.
