This thing is a steal for the price and the build quality is top-notch. But, I had a bit of a hiccup with the lights and LEDs after a week of use. I did some digging and found that it’s not uncommon for this to happen. I reached out to technical support and they were super helpful. They said they’d send me a replacement right away. Thanks, Simagic!
The wheel are really solid
Amazing wheel when it comes to value, buttons and shifters feel solid.
Though it should be noted that this is exactly what you pay for and the grips is where they cheaped out. I have had the wheel for 3 months and with 3x a week use the grips are ALREADY starting to show signs of wear and flaking. I contacted simimagic support and they said "I'm sorry, GTNEO is our low-end product, a product that allows more players to enjoy simulation games at a lower price, so due to its cost constraints, we have been forced to reduce the cost of the grip, and I'm sorry about that" meaning its a known issue.
That being said it's a great product at 289$, just wished it would have at least made it to a year before I had to start looking for another wheel/ways to stop this one from falling apart.
