I placed an 2000$ order 2,5 weeks ago. The first information I received was on Tuesday (3 business days later) with the UPS tracking number and status „label created“. After one week without any status updates I reached out for the support of Simagic and I (still) haven’t received any answers yet. After 2 weeks of no updates, I suddenly received an update by UPS that my package will be delivered by end of the next day. I was happy that my money wasn’t lost.
So, I complain about the missing delivery updates for nearly 14 days (it wasn’t even saying „shipped“) and the missing support from simagic. Please do better next time.
Beside that, I’m pretty happy with my hardware (Alpha + P1000 + xhub + P325D).
Feels good, works great and I’m glad that I decided to go for simagic hardware. No regrets yet. Thank you very much :)
